From arranging our change of tenancy, at lightning speed and swapping the water supply all in one or two quick calls. We have also been over billed from a water retailer, Michael has been able to arrange refunds with his tenacious attitude and not letting things lie to try and help Arcade club. Michael and the team at Tritility are worth their weight in gold, taking all the stress of finding the best contracts and best costs, to easing stress when companies are chasing for thousands of pounds that they are not due. Feb 28,2022I switched to Tritility as I had problems with another company. Michael and Debbie have worked really hard to sort me out. All the contracts are now in place. Where some companies would sit back and forget you existed both Michael and Debbie contact me on a monthly basis to see if all is going well. They will also sort out any issues I have from not understanding an invoice to reminding me about meter readings which they submit on my behalf preventing estimated invoices. The directors of Tritility should be proud of their staff.
