Sep 22,2021I have to admit I was sceptical when I first received the call from Tom.... but I can't tell you how glad I am that I decided to use these guys to sort out ALL our utilities for us. And when I say they sorted everything, they literally did everything, sourced the quotes, sorted the new contracts, answered all my obscure questions relating to the brand new building that we are in, put in queries about the previous bills. It has really taken away what I thought was going to be an absolute nightmare and allowed me to get on with the more exciting aspects of my job. I highly recommend - from the friendly staff (Tom, Alex, Sam and Alex) to their Energy Management Software to how easy they are to deal with and their ability to just "sort it!". Aug 05,2021When finding the right deal for our business energy we received the help from our consultant Jonathan Henry. Because if I'm honest.. in business who has the time... patience or understanding of the KW jargon when it actually comes to learning about their bills and crazy over priced charges. With the help and occasional persistence of Jonny we have ourselves set with some very good deals. All at reasonable prices that aren't tearing our eyes out or watching our well earned profits go up in flames by the rather expensive electric heaters keeping us warm in winter. He was also able to manage our water account, in which now we've learnt we actually use quite a lot of. So an easy payment plan was set up making it manageable when dealing with our monthly outgoings. Dealing with Jonny is easy, he took the time to know our business, needs and who's allowed to talk with him on the phone.
