Oct 21,2022I have invested in TFXI for almost two years now. I had never experienced such a long delay of approved withdrawal, be it through bank or Crypto transactions. It had always been 4 to 7 business days. I have 3 outstanding approved USDT withdrawal now i.e., Withdrawal ID #732595 (approved on 4 Oct 2022); Support ID #468297, #470970, #472280 & # 474347, Withdrawal ID #742033 (approved on 12 Oct 2022); Support ID #474926, & Withdrawal ID #749773 (approved on 17 Oct 2022); Support ID #475843. According to TFXI withdrawal approval email, "The approved amount has been deducted from your Trader's Room Account Balance. We will initiate the remittance and subject to intermediary banks clearance, it may take 2 to 5 day business days for the fund to arrive at your recipient bank.". Now, it is well over the stated period of 2 to 5 business days. Although I have raised few support tickets (as mentioned above) on the respective account, none has been replied by the TFXI team. I hope TFXI management team should look into it ASAP. Thank you.

Oct 21,2022i make my sixth USDT withdrawal on 17 October 2022 and in my wallet on 20 October 2022. it took 3 days. nothing to comment for this withdrawal. All my withdrawal so far within one week.

However, my recent withdrawal request 735916 (submitted 4/10/22, approved 5/10/22) has not been received yet. (8 working days). I have sent a support ticket 469233 on 13/10/22 until today still no reply. *(support team replied on 17/10 with very detailed info regarding my withdrawal) Please address my issue as I really need this money. I've been investing for a year now.. never fail to distribute profit sharing by week 5.. just a few improvements though... like everyone had suggested..increase support resources to hand customers request and increase system peformance.. i know there has been explosive growth in tfxi.. btw registration approval improved alot..kudos!

Oct 14,2022I have been with this broker for quite sometimes. 2018. Recently, support did not respond on any of my inquiries. I will not updating this experience rating until Triumphfx really transparent about their withdrawal. No mutual currency rate being agreed on withdrawal confirmation on local bank withdrawal. Unclear bank charges, etc. I am sure the fund manager have done their very best to secure profit for investor. But, if the management of TFXI failed to delivered great service to their client, i believe when we have choice, we will leave you behind. Hope triumphfx could improve withdrawal process. there are so many payment gateway, 12 days withdrawal is ridiculous. if deposit can be done in seconds, why withdrawal can't?? please improve for our future.

Oct 14,2022I have been with TFXI since Feb 2021, till end of Sep 2022 myself and all my followers all received the money inside 14 working days after approval, thanks a lot to tfxi and traders/fund manager. However, recently one urgent case of my follower who really trust me, it has been approved at Sep 13, 2022 (withdrawal ID is 713192, support ticket ID is 452088), support ticket send many times totally no reply, till Oct 14 2022 have not received any money for this withdrawal. Referrers of levels feedbacks also totally no infomration, and referrers also do not know how to do any more. My follower really really needs this money urgently and seriously. If TFXI can see this meesage, can help to reply this message? Update 1015: my referrers are helping us to ongoing progress solving the issue. Oct 13,2022I have been investing with tfxi for over two years. Withdrawal always took 5 days or so. But this time its taking forever. Can you help me check for my withdrawal? It was approved on 5th of October via TRC20 USDT but yet to receive in my Binance. #735857 is my withdrawal number. And my support ticket is #469856. Saw someone posting in this review too. His withdrawal was approved on the same day as mine but he received partially and then fully. Where is mine?USDT transfer only take minutes. Whats taking so long. Oct 13,2022I have been investing with TriumphFX for almost a year now and have no issues. The Platform can be a bit slow after the fund cycles but if you wait a couple of days then its fast. Excellent broker and fantastic returns. I get around 7.5% average per month passive income. Would recommend
