Nov 23,2022I need assistance in getting a respond with what's the status of my withdraw case? If there's any issue regarding my withdraw, do at least know what is the status.. I did a withdraw at end of oct and the amount was 4x smaller, compare to what I'm withdrawing now. Which the withdrawal was much faster during that period of time. What disappoint me the most is support ticket onlye replied me once on my first support ticket created and never seems to bother to reply me despite asking for a few time. As an investor, whether or not you have a solution for this. I deserve a reply! Don't ghost me. I had been supporting triumph since 2019 and no problem at all until now. Please leave up to your standard and at least reply!

Nov 15,2022Really happy with this broker. At the end of every trading cycle I withdraw my profit and a week later the money is in my account. The only problem is the fee the bank charge you for a withdrawal but this is minor compared to the returns being made over the month. Ideally an E wallet would be better in the future.

Nov 24,2022It's been almost 2weeks plus approved of withdrawal 10th Nov 2022 till now haven't bank in yet. Really need to fix such issues somehow, a fiance company with such process is kinda creates lack of trust. Which is the reason driving the clients panics and might effects company reputation on long run unless it's a shakedown or shades. Please resolve the situation then i will change the rating.
