Oct 27,2022I made a withdrawal, and it was approved on 10/10/2022. However up until now i still haven’t receive it in my bank account as today is already 27/10/2022. Already exceeding 12 working days. I had already sent 2 support tickets, unfortunately i receive no respond. Please look into this matter, and i will re-rate once i receive the money. Oct 26,2022I want to give the support team TFXI credits where they are due, since there are so many feedback about withdrawal issues. My fiat withdrawal request was approved on 24 Oct, a day after it was raised in the weekends. I received my money at the EOD on 26 Oct. Just 3 working days. I also submitted another withdrawal request last month in Sep and it took a slightly longer time of 5 working days. At first I was worried after reading so many negative feedback, but my concerns have been put to rest now. Pls be patient and stay calm. Been with TFXI for close to 2 years now and they have lived up to their commitments for me, at least.

Oct 26,2022Following up on the withdrawal #730453 (approved on 27 Sept 2022) I have decided to recall my withdrawal because the withdrawal took too long by raising support #476063 (21 Oct 2022) and to date no reply/response from tfxi support. Email has been sent but no reply/response. I will re-rate my experience if there is a reply/response 27th Oct 2022 - finally responded and recall is successful. Case is closed

Oct 26,2022Unfortunately TriumphFX has been very slow on the profit withdrawal process and after 12 working days, still no sight of my profits.... They should honor their commitments on withdrawal of profits in a realistic time frame. Please resolve this issue ASAP! Oct 25,2022This is my first time writing here. Had no problems withdrawing for last 7-8 months. However my withdrawals are due for more than 4 weeks for 3 of them and 15 days for another. Multiple support tickets sent but did not get a single reply. This is very frustrating. My support tickets are 479058, 479066, 479067 and 479069.

Oct 25,2022Requested on a withdrawal more than a month ago. Last ticket raised was 4 weeks ago. Ridiculous service and really feel like a scam where there is no escalation path or follow up.

Usual withdrawal normally took me about 5-10 days max, this time really mess up my finance scheduling. I own a biz myself, and if I would look at this investment in a biz point of view, it gave amazing 70-80% return per annum, it’s crazy high! And yes, I have few funds, been withdraw many times and received within 5-10 working days. Kudos Triumphfx!

Support ticket not answered after 4 days as well. If TFXI team is reading this please resolve my withdrawal and I’ll happily change my review. Support ticket:#472557 Update! I have had the understanding that there are heavy backlogs for usdt withdrawals. My support ticket to get back my funds and withdraw via fiat has been fulfilled.
