Nov 10,2022Withdrawal make on trc20 usdt on 19 oct 2022. Received email notification the approved will take 3 to 5 working days. Unfortunately until today, no feedback. Several support ticket have been send unfortunately totally no news. Recall the fund also no answer. My downline also facing same issue. Some thru fiat no response although had more than 14 working days as promise.but non of the response either the fund had missing or cancel. Nov 06,2022I don't know if this broker is a scammer or not. I just know that there are big problems with withdrawals now, and some have not even received the money after waiting for a month. Recently, tfxi said that it will launch p2p and put it on its own system for sale. Is this operation mode already a ponzhi scheme? Is it because there are more withdrawals than deposits, causing the current withdrawal problem?

Nov 06,2022Had a few small withdrawals before this that took about 5 days. First time withdrawing a fairly bigger amount and it’s been almost 3 weeks my withdrawal has not come in. Withdrawal ID: #739120, #743077 Approval Date: 6/Oct/2022 Tickets #: 466820, 480510, 482434, 480750, 485172, 473651, 476023, 482435, 485177, 487358 After 2 weeks, TriumphFX support responded with the default message: "We are now checking the above concern with our Accounts Department. Depends on the complexity of the issue, it may take 5 to 7 working days before we are able to give you an update. We would greatly appreciate it if you could remain patient until the issue is resolved. Rest assured that we are taking this matter very seriously and with the utmost urgency."

Nov 02,2022Update: Received the money back after 3 months + 15 days. ==> money isn't lost but bad customer experience Support ticket: 452043, 406214, 426698 It has been almost 3 months of wait! My withdrawal was approved on Aug 2, but have not yet received the money. Support came back after 4 weeks (end of Aug) advised they would look into it and come back after 3-5 working days and it has been over a month since then. That is 3 months of wait with no clue! Please solve!!!!
