Nov 11,2024Great Customer service from Andrew 👏🏻 Been dealing with Harper Mcadermott for over 2 years now and never once have I had a bad experience. I called up today as I had a change of circumstance (new job) and Andrew was very helpful and managed to help me throughout the call. He explained the options, helped me understand what will happen and what to expect. Going into the call I was experiencing a bit of anxiety and dread of what will happen and I've came off the call relaxed and happy. Thanks again Andrew.

Nov 11,2024Today I spoke to Andrew regarding my monthly payment. I’m on a zero hour contract and was off work for two and a half weeks with Covid. Meaning my monthly salary was very low and I was worried and couldn’t afford to pay my agreed amount. Andrew was extremely supportive and helpful and accepted the reduced payment I was able to pay this month. That has made this whole situation a lot less stressful for me. Thanks so much.
