She replied to emails fast and just made my whole enquiry process super easy. I've never had any issues to be fair with the staff since starting this trust deed process 3 years ago. Made everything to simple and made me feel at ease.

I was so lucky to have Jacqui Richardson at the other end of the call. She was so very understanding, professional and showed empathy. There was no Judgment which was my biggest fear. I was immediately put at ease and given options for my personal situation. Trust Deed Scotland have been amazing, but they are only as good as the amazing people who work for them, Jacqui is genuinely an amazing person.
