Apr 25,2024ordered some grippers, scissors en new replacement scissors for my gun, 1 thing was missing, but I reached out to them. I don't think it was there fault but I don't know, resolved the problem in a day and got send new item the next day, great costumer support ! will order again.

Apr 16,2024Fatal. La pistola no corta la lana y el servicio técnico es horrible. Tardan muchos días en contestar y cuando ya no saben que decir ni contestan. Ahora a ver cómo consigo devolverla porque ha sido un desastre. La compré con la garantía que parecía que Lea avalaba y me equivoqué totalmente. Actualizo: gracias a mi opinión en trust pilot se pusieron en contacto conmigo. Se que han recibido la pistola pero no me informan ni de si hay devolución, que problema tiene, si la van a arreglar… ahora me veo sin pistola ni garantía…

Apr 12,2024One of my orders missed an item and it was quickly delivered after I told them about it. Also I had a problem with two pieces of the carpet grippers and they sent me a whole new set for free. The communication went smoothly and I was asked if I want a refund instead. Great work.
