Feb 19,2024Das man fast jeden Tag eine Mail zur Kaufaufforderung bekommt, empfinde ich als ärgerlich, wenn die Hälfte der Farben schon seit Wochen „out of stock“ ist. Es gibt auch überhaupt keine Transparenz warum und wann sich das ändert. Dann gibt es noch die nette Aufforderung, das man Bescheid bekommt, so bald die nachgefragte Farbe (waldgrün in meinem Fall)wieder vorhanden ist — was nicht geschieht, obwohl man dann im Shop sieht, das es sie wieder gibt. Teuer hat man sich eine Farbkarte gekauft, die dann plötzlich nicht mehr stimmt und sich auf einmal die ehemalige Farbe im Ton ändert, z.Bsp. „Lucky Blue“. Und in der Kommunikation merkt man dann, dem Tuftingshop ist das so was von egal. Ich weiß nicht, irgendwie mag ich diese Pseudo— persönliche Zuwendung mit „Du“ und Vorname nicht, wenn vom Gefühl nichts dahinter steckt. Trotzdem werde ich weiterhin bei Tuftingshop mein Garn kaufen, weil die Qualität einfach super ist und die Bearbeitung auch sehr schnell ist
