May 28,2024The packages came very quickley. I miss instructions how to put together the pieces of the carpet gripper. Further, I haven't started the tuftpistol, but here there are instructions.

May 28,2024Firstly I will say I’ve never had any issues when using this company before. But I decided to order bulk material on this occasion. Already spending around £500 to do so. The website states no hidden fees or charges so I assumed that was all. However upon delivery I had to pay custom fees of over £140 to be able to receive my parcel after it was stuck in customs. I spent over £300, and didn’t receive the supposed free gift either. Have tried to email (no response as of yet) & called the company to arrange a refund of these charges, was told this would happen in a few days (almost a week later and still no response). Hoping to sort this out as the company has been amazing previously & don’t want customs issues to spoil this for me - edited to 5 star following the customer service and apology I received
