Nevertheless, I was very glad about the customer service, which tried to act quickly and fix the inconvenience. The quality of the products makes a great first impression and despite the complications, I would still be happy to order from Tuftingshop again!

Dec 14,2023Livraison très rapide! Malheureusement, les retours sont à notre charge désormais, ce qui n’était pas le cas auparavant…. Donc forcément déçue par ce changement. Quand on paye environ 7 euros de frais de port, ça devient un peu abusé de rajouter pour les frais de retour….

Envoi ultra rapide de la commande avec 3 semaines d'avance par rapport à ce qui était annoncé car un article n'était pas sensé être disponible tout de suite ;-) Communication fluide avec l'équipe suite à l'indisponibilité d'un autre article et qui m'a directement proposé soit d'attendre soit d'être remboursé. Reste plus qu'à tufter !

Dec 09,2023WORST EXPERIENCE EVER After I waited for my order for more then 3 weeks (I have some commissioned work to finish and it has to be finished in a week) I finally opened my box and there is a wrong yarn in it!!!! I ordered a "forest green" yarn and I got "teal". This is a very serious situation since the girl who commissioned a rug from me already paid for it and also lives in Dubai and leaves Croatia in a week!!! I have sent you evidence in a form of photos via email, told you we need to sort it out asap but still no reply. You are ruining my business. This is not the first time something like that happened. You sent me wrong yarn before (light blue instead of aquamarine) and I ruined two rugs because I didnt noticed on time. I told you we need to sort this out asap yesterday and still no reply, I tried to reach you via facebook and instagram and auto reply is constantly saying to email you (which i did, and no one is answering). I literally spent over 5000€ in your shop in the last 2 years and this is how you treat your customers. There are already some tufting shop alternatives in europe...
