Aug 12,2024Malheureusement, j'ai reçu une pièce détachée qui ne correspondait pas à l'annonce du site internet (pas à la même forme ni la même couleur) ni à aucun autre article en vente sur le site...après plus d'un mois d'échanges par mail où le service client m'a promis à chaque fois que ma pièce était en chemin et arriverait dans quelques jours, j'ai fini par être remboursée de mon achat. Bilan : un mois d'arrêt de mon activité, des retards dans mes commandes clients et surtout un tufting gun qui est donc toujours à l'arrêt car j'attendais la pièce tout ce temps... Je ne recommanderais pas de pièces détachées suite à cette expérience. Mais important de préciser que j'ai commandé un tuftinggun en début d'année et n'avais pas eu de souci et j'avais mis un avis positif.

Aug 05,2024The box size for the small thread sample card was silly. You could have put 50 of them into that huge box. Not very ecological and probably why the postage was more than the actual product.

Tuften is voor mij helemaal nieuw, dus mijn kennis was erg gering. Maar dankzij Tuftingshop heb ik er er een superleuke, nieuwe passie bij! Er volgen zeker nog meer bestellingen bij Tuftingshop.

Die Lieferung war schnell da. Ich habe auch 3 Guns von Amazon, aber diese hier haben eine Abdeckung über den Antriebsrad und die ist wirklich sinnvoll.
