May 13,2021Now that I have ridden a couple dozen miles on my new plate I can say that I really like it. Setup is really easy, only didn’t pay attention and put too much pressure on the bladders. Peng and I needed new ones. Service is really great and without hesitation there were a couple new ones on the way. Being a bit more careful with adjusting air pressure until I like the movement of the plate while riding. Experience is totally different than without one. Much more natural movement while riding the bike. Feel that climbing is more easy with it and so on. Thanks for your service and I hope to enjoy the product for a long time.

Apr 29,2021The shipping from UK to USA was superfast and well packaged. The Turbo Rocks React arrived assembled and in great condition. It comes assembled except for clamping down the trainer and putting air in the suspension balls to your liking and balancing it out. I was riding Zwift after completing my set up within an hours time and did a climbing route and a flat route and can definately feel the benefit of comfort immediately. I also won a sprinters jersey on first attempt so know I will adapt quickly to the movement. Not my first sprinters jersey and will have to adapt some more to the movement for full on sprints. For climbing, the Turbo Rocks React adds a new level of comfort And now looking forward to Alpe du Zwift and Epic KOM. I was concerned how my Sterzo would work on the Rocker plate and was pleasantly surprised it stayed put throughout my ride. Highly recommend the Turbo Rocks React if you want more performance and comfort out of your indoor trainer rides.

Apr 20,2021The order was delivered pretty quick (within a week after ordering), was wrapped in massive layers of cardboard and foam an this arrived without a scratch! After unpacking it was user ready in 15 mins. First impression: super toy for a big boy (or girl).

Apr 18,2021Recently purchased a real plate + coated, excellent product, well made, looks good, really enjoyed riding the turbo for a short while, unfortunately one of the balls went bang with approximately 6 psi in it, there goes my spare!! Still glad I purchased it though.

Apr 12,2021I'm living in Holland and I got the rockerplate allready on Thursday! I mailed to the company because I had a question and received response nearly right away with a helpfull answer, so for the service department kudos only!!!!!!!!!!!! The rockerplate itself is awsome. Especially going uphill in Zwift I can stand up the pedals with the bike also going from left to right, greaat experience and my knees are gratufull:)) It seems like I can do more watts but that might be the placebo effect talking.... All together best buy this year!!

Apr 05,2021Brilliant product, well constructed, well packaged for delivery. Got it setup within an hour. Main challenge is securing the trainer, make sure you have a suitable spanner but once done you're good to go. Easy to inflate the balls and the spirit level tool is really useful. Really glad I invested!

Mar 28,2021I brought a realplate back in December2020 and have been putting through its paces, hence the late review. Firstly the customer service from steve is second to none and the genuine passion he has not only in his company and products but the passion and pride he has over customer service. There is not a lot of companies that offer that kind of customer service these days! The product.. well what can I say, what everyone tells me is a gimmick and that I don’t need it how wrong are they, the realplate is amazing and yes admittedly it takes awhile to get used to the rocking motion but now I don’t even realise I am on the thing. As for comfort I could only do a maximum of 2 to 2 1/2 hours on my turbo before it was too uncomfortable to carry on. To date I have passed the 4 hour mark with no issues what so ever. So does this thing work absolutely I would not be without one now. Lastly I was worried about the amount I sweat and to date the realplate has not deteriorated in any way. A fantastic product that I would recommend to anyone. As for the price how much would you put on your comfort? I feel the price was fair. Steve thanks again for your service and fantastic product.

The whole process surpassed my expectations, a great customer service and very high quality construction. Having used the rocker for two short rides I can already see the benefit. Can't recommend highly enough and Turbo Rocks have been first class.

May 23,2021I'm very enthusiastic ... The delivery was delayed by 2 days at customs control, but this can be explained by the recently changed EU goods traffic regulations. The product was very well packaged and arrived safely. Setup and commissioning worked well and quickly thanks to the enclosed description. On the first rides, it was necessary to fine-tune the pressure in the balls, but after that every ride is a lot more fun without it.
