Mar 19,2021Having bought a Wahoo Kickr Bike recently a rocker plate was the final step to complete my indoor pain cave. Turborocks was recommended to me by one of my online cycling buddies. The website was excellent and informative and the ordering and deliver process was first class. It arrived within a week and was really easy to set up - 10 minutes only and most of that was making sure it was completely level. The ride experience is unbelievable and so realistic. I've done over 400km in less than a week and keep going back for more. The level of comfort on the bike is definitely improved by the Turborock, particularly on longer rides and you don't find yourself having to shift position because you are naturally moving about more on the saddle. Standing up takes a bit of getting used to. The movement was originally a bit disconcerting compared to the rock solid feeling that I was used to. One word of warning - follow the instructions and don't over-inflate the bladders. I blew one. It's great that a spare comes with the plate so in 5 minutes I was back riding. Finally I must mention Steve; his customer service is outstanding. Overall, one of the best indoor cycling accessories and worth the money.

Mar 13,2021Very happy with my purchase and the customer service received. Steve's communication is first class. Read reviews before committing to a purchase and also I sent an email during the festive break hoping to better understanding the differences between the rocker plates and within hours that day got a response. I did notice one reviewer saying they would prefer their rocker plate without the generic slots and cutouts so that the product is specific to their setup. I tend to agree and disagree. Yes it might look a little neater but I would also like the flexibility to change my trainer at a later date without the need to make a mess by trying to make the cuts myself. I'm sure this is something that could be changed in future by TurboRocks modifying the CNC templates or offering the option but I'm happy with what I have. Ordering process was straight forward and after setting up it has been great fun. As others users have said, takes some adjustment but after a few rides feels natural. I spent a few rides adjusting the ball pressure and tilt to get it to what felt natural to me. Was pleased to be able to get after sales support / advice and for that reason have given 5 stars. I don't give 5 stars easily but this was definitely great all round. Really pleased to see businesses like this supporting the cycling community. Keep up the great work TurboRocks

Mar 12,2021Having had a friend raving about the Realplate React, I tried it out and was so impressed that I immediately contacted Steve to place an order. It was ready within a week and as I am local, was able to collect in person. This gave me an added insight into the ethos of Steve's company and the passion and enthusiasm that he puts into each product and it was great to see the manufacturing process too - really helpful with tips on setup and other compatible elements as well. The Realplate React certainly brings a totally different dimension to the indoor ride and the elements of movement that it gives makes it feel pretty close to a 'real' ride. Having had other static turbo trainers in the past and ditched them all - preferring to brave the outdoor elements - this is a real game changer!

The React+ came very well packaged and Steve offered plenty of advice to aid setup. After 2 initial rides, tweaking the setup, I can report the benefit is instantly obvious, allowing the bike a much more natural feel with the freedom to rock beneath you. Feb 23,2021I’ve finally took the plunge into the Rocker Plate world. I bought a TurboRocks Realplate React Coated and it arrived today. Fantastic service from Steven with great communication and delivery. The unit is beautifully made. I have just done my second ride on it and after tweaking some of the settings I found that the ride was brilliant. You definitely engage more of your core than just being static on the trainer. This product is a game changer 👍🚵♂️

Feb 20,2021The plate is of good build quality. It is really nice how the rocker plate works and defenitely is something that improves the indoor riding. It is much more fun now to do the indoor riding and the comfort that the plate offer is great. The way the shipment is packed is good as well. As a EU citizen you have to pay custom clearence costs but Turborocks gave me a refund for these costs as they send their product with the incoterm Delivered Duty Paid. The service from Turborocks is outstanding! I have not seen better. I can only say that I really recommend Turborocks as a company!

Steve, from Turborocks, deserves full marks for his outstanding customer service, consideration and generosity. He makes an excellent product and backs it up with superb customer care. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Turborocks in the future and would heartily endorse the company to anyone.
