Aug 09,2023The mechanism is reasonably high quality and sturdy. A fair product albeit a little overpriced but I am putting this down to the shiny finish on the top as opposed to the grinder bits. Having said that, the finish on the top is not perfect. The main issue is as reported by other purchasers. There is not enough grounding wood (once the precision boring has been completed) to secure the end capture plate screws. The only way to secure the plate is to angle the securing screws away from the bore and into the body of the grinder. It can be achieved but with extreme care. Having said all this, the mechanism works satisfactorily.

Jul 20,2023I was promised free delivery over £50 I was then billed nearly £6 for delivery. In the small print it say UK mainland free delivery. I emailed the company. They agreed I should have free delivery and got a phone call from them. I therefore ordered again. Few days later Becki emails to say im not having my second delivery charge back. Only an email reply this time. Even though human voice on the first order said that was wrong and refunded me. Becki emailed no and charged me. Can’t bill someone and change your mind when it suits. Turners should Union flag logos all over its home page making those that are part of the Union believe they will be treated as such. I would no have place an order over £50 on either occasion if I though I was always going to be billed. Disgraceful. Be aware this seems like a legitimate con!
