After about six months (more or less, I dunno - time and I don't get on very well at all) one can find nothing to criticise and can suggest no improvements. All products have been exactly as described (in one case better than expected) and delivery times are great while packaging is exceptional - double-plus good. Highly recommended!

The burner turned up two days less than expected. Will definitely purchase all my accessories from them in the future. With regards to the woodburner, (Peter Child Pyrography Machine) perfect, I have already completed my first commission for a friend, heat settings worked perfectly, the pen does NOT get hot on the fingertips. Thank you for the brilliant service.
