Twelve50 Bikes is an independent bricks and mortar bicycle retailer, and something a little different from your average bike shop. Based in Frodsham, Cheshire, selling a large selection of MTB, Road, Gravel and leisure bikes from quality brands like Santa Cruz, Whyte, Cube and Merida. We are an E-Bike specialist with a large selection of eMTB and leisure electric bikes. Our workshop is a Bosch accredited e-bike service centre.

Jan 11,2023After years of riding "normal" powered mountain bikes etc I was taken to the dark side of e-bikes last year after riding in the mountains of Fuerteventura on some mid range bikes. Back to the UK I made a large investment on a new Cube e-mountain bike and wanted it to stay pristine despite being chucked around on trails. I ordered a custom fit Invisframe kit to protect the paintwork but no way do I have the skill or patience to fit it so Twelve50 was recommended as an official fitter by Invisiframe. The service was fantastic from day one, especially as between Christmas and New Year, and the workmanship was second to none. They also fine tuned the Fox suspension to my weight and preferences perfectly. The team (especially Dave) are very friendly, knowledgeable and really welcome all customers whatever their ability or level of cyclist. Highly recommended indeed so support this fantastic independent bike shop

First time I've used this shop and only found them as i was getting no help from others. Yes i can recommend and yes i will use their services again.

They have answered any queries I've had and checked over a few things on the bike after I had taken delivery of it. Twelve50Bikes is not my local bike store, but I make the journey and will not use anyone else... it's worth it!

Nov 29,20201st time buying a bike online, i went for the whyte 629 hardtail, the guys gave me a ring to inform me that they were building the bike up and answered any questions i had, very speedy delivery service to northern ireland was delivered exactly on time, bike was very well packaged,foam packaging all around the frame and forks, the bike look absolutely awesome, had 1 very minor adjustment to make to the gearing(derailleur adjustment screw to smooth out the gear change), very happy customer overall, would definitely recommend this shop, and would use them again. May 29,2020Buying online is a worrying time and when you spend a decent amount of money you are worried . But rest assure i was so pleased with the purchase from the moment i spoke with Ben he settled my thoughts . Sent me photos etc as it had a couple of little marks on the frame . So they really do inspect the bike , to be honest i don't think i would have spotted them . The bike arrived on time , well boxed he explained it needs the wheel , handlebars etc fitted . Half an hour and all done . One very happy customers so hope this helps someone when buying online .

Staff answered the call and talked me through a number of things ahead of making my online purchase. Item was delivered ahead of expected delivery date and arrived next day with DPD.
