Missing Items in Order and no follow up despite numerous calls and contact with team
Delivery was more than 7 days late. When questioned on where my order was, I was promised it would be delivered earlier than the due date however it was not. I once again had to call in to find out where my order was. It was then re-picked and eventually delivered

Online Order didn't arrive had to chase it up, when chased it arrived with lines missing, and no note to inform us of that. Once rang I was told the lines were on back order despite being in stock when ordered online and that we hadn't been charged, but we had as it had been paid via paypal. I now have to rely on the stock we've been charged for turning up sometime in January. Terrible service will not be using again.
My order was not processed because the item wasn't in stock, but the website shows it was in stock. No one bothered to tell me, I had to chase them. Have emailed repeatedly and now not getting answered as soon as I ask for a refund, it's been nearly 3 weeks and this has not been resolved.
2 weeks later still waiting on order! live chat no help, customer service promise to call back with update still waiting on that deliveries promised for next day never arrive.
I placed my order on 2/10/24 and the order did not arrive until 10/10/24 . We are in Tynechem's local area so this is a long time to wait. There was no contact to explain the delay. When the order arrived part of it was damaged and part of it was missing. The damaged items were replaced ,which is appreciated and the missing items arrived in another couple of days but it should not take this long to receive our order. By the 17/10/24 I have already received the statement for this order requesting payment by 1/11/24. I find this to be a bit cheeky since we did not receive all of the items until 14/10/24, yet the date on the statement is 2/10/24 . I will pay the amount due by 1/11/24 but this experience puts me off using Tynechem.
Placed order on 2nd October now the 16th and havennt heard anything from company. Sent two emails with no reply . Website offers delivery next day if placed before 2pm . 14 days and we are still waiting
not all items received
I have called in regards of missing items a few times, and they say they will sort it but never have. Once is fair enough but then another order things were missing, rang again and again same thing with no result

Order placed on Thursday, delivery did not arrive the next day. still hadn't arrived by the Tuesday afternoon so emailed to ask for an update on the delivery. Didn't get a reply. It finally arrived on the Wednesday but items were missing that were on the delivery note. Phoned to report this and was told the manager would phone me back as he had to deal with that, but have not received a call.
I have been a customer with TyneChem for over 10 years, there has been no reason to change wholesalers / suppliers as TyneChem always delivered what they promised. I am a Healthcare provider responsible for 6 independent pharmacies. My most recent experience was on 27 March 2024, TyneChem approved and delivered my order less than 24 hours from initial order. Highly recommend if you’re not already a customer as they stock everything from Packaging to Sundry Products.
Great product rapid delivery
I have previously written Was sent and billed circa £400 for stock I did not order. I couldn’t get a resolution so posted on here stating dissatisfaction. The product was uplifted early December. I was asked to remove my 1 star rating. I have still not been credited for this stock and account has been put on hold because I have not paid the invoice for the stock that was sent in error and collected. I have corresponded many times via different media, still no resolution 5 weeks after the stock was collected
delivery is late and no one seems to answer the phone, have called several times and no one has called me back
No communication at all products I ordered not in stock I had to do all the chasing myself I was never informed by the company

Feb 26,2025Very poor Not the first time having issues with this company Ordered stock early Jan 2025, still not arrived, but plenty of e mails asking me to pay a late invoice!!!!!! Called on 4 occasions, told I will get a call back, e mail response with update…….. still waiting Spent £6k with them last year. Switching suppliers for 2025
