Jul 01,2018I understand it's free, but the lack of customization is an absolute joke. I want a very simple landing page, with a logo and couple buttons to redirect to outside links, and I can't even do this.

Jun 28,2018U craft is user friendly, within minutes I was able to design my logo and it looks absolutely brilliant. There are so many icons to choose from. They respond to your messages real quickly. It is hassle free, go for it and you have a free option to download your logo.

Jun 18,2018Terrible website builder! The free templates are EXTREMELY limited: you can only change the text and the images, nothing else. Any other changes, you must upgrade to a paid plan. I then decided to sign up for the free 14-day trial, thinking that if I liked it I would opt for a paid plan, but still ran into issues: the interface is not very intuitive, despite I've built many drag-and-drop websites both personally and professionally (Weebly, Wix, Squarespace), and the controls are very limited. For instance, you cannot change the placement of the site title in the page header: it's either top of page, centered, or bottom of page. I had an image with mountains and needed to slightly adjust the placement but couldn't. Also, I wanted to use a video header, and the interface asked for a "mobile image" (since video headers don't work on mobile). Ok, so I uploaded one...and the still image is what came up first on my DESKTOP site, THEN switched to the video header. NOT the effect I wanted! There was no control anywhere to fix this. Overall, I wasted an entire six hours or more trying to get this site to work, until I finally gave up and went back to Wix. At least Wix has plenty of user controls that work properly and an interface that lets you accomplish what you need to do. Never again, Ucraft.

Jul 03,2018Seriously disappointed with this platform. I wasn’t able to utilise the landing pages partly due to a misunderstanding on my part, about how they worked with an existing domain. When I tried to resolve this with support, they didn’t take the time to understand what I was saying and kept on repeating the same sentences. Poor social skills on their part, and the head of their chat support, Lena, was very unprofessional in her last interaction with me. I very rarely post negative reviews but the service I received was just terrible!
