I have emailed 3 times with no response and tried calling their listed number but no one answers? All I want is my goods or a refund.

The family too were all very impressed with the Aveda Scalp Massager. I was also very pleased with the price and that the delivery was on time as well as notifying me when this item was due, so would highly recommend this company.
