Dec 06,2024I ordered olaplex 1000ml shampoo and conditioner, when I received the product it was damaged . The product was all over the inside of the box and all over the bottles so I called up the customer service and was asked to take photos which I did. I got a email back saying that I was only to receive £20 back bearing in mind I paid nearly £100 for the products. I called them back and they said they would get someone to call or email me and the manager lesley emailed me and said they would increase to £25 and 20% off next purchase , I told them i wouldn't order from them again so I knew I wasn't getting My money back . Asked if I could get half my money back and she said yes she would sort it out that day and they haven't. I have emailed to ask where my refund is but i have received no correspondence from them . I advise u to avoid this company at all costs .
