Mar 10,2024Terrible customer service, I will never order form beauty club again. I made an order several weeks ago which never got delivered (despite many calls to RM but agree this is not beauty club fault). I then reached out to customer service and didn’t get acknowledgment of my email not a response and it now has been 2 weeks. Online order are so easy that you can get new customers quickly yet you can also lose very quickly when customer service is as poor as this one
