Nov 06,2022I ordered two Aveda hair products from this company, but when they arrived the seals had clearly been tampered with, and were resealed with sellotape. I have no way of knowing if these products are genuine, or hygienic & safe to use. I emailed the company straight away, but didn’t hear back. Unfortunately it seems that my concerns haven’t been taken seriously as a refund has not been issued. I would not recommend them. Order number was 19136

Oct 12,2022Item didn’t arrive, despite Royal Mail providing a picture of a pile of parcels that did not reflect a delivery to my house whatsoever. Contacted Beauty Club to request another item be dispatched (it’s for a job interview on Friday). They have helpfully ignored my email and continue to hold my money. Thank goodness for my bank who will kindly flag this on my behalf. I really shouldn’t have to leverage on a commercial bank to retrieve a £22 refund for some tinted moisturiser. Cannot stand companies who care so little about customer care. Too much competition out there to waste time on outfits like this. But elsewhere.
