Originally had a problem with them being able to deliver to rural West Wales but they found a solution and it got delivered next day from a South Wales distributor, excellent service, recommended. The price of the Altro flooring was competitive and came in one of cheapest of the few distributors out there.

Used first time and would definitely use them again for my carpets. Got a sheet carpet at a very competitive price and the process of order and delivery was very efficient with a very helpful assistant Kylie online with fast response times to any queries.

I was looking for a particular flooring tile for a client to match the existing ones used in their offices and shopped around and found them to be the best price wise. Also the service is great - Kylie has been very helpful and always responds quickly, keeps me informed of our orders and there has never been any delay with the deliveries. Would 100% recommend!

Have used UK Flooring Supplies for quite a few years now. The customer service has always been very friendly, quick and efficient. The carpets tiles are good quality at a reasonable price and delivery is always quick. I would definitely recommend.

My wife was searching for a particular vynil flooring product: Polysafe Astral PUR Starburst. Found on the website. Easy process to order. Decent price and turned up as described and on time. Great serivce. Cheers.

Great price for Camaro flooring. Easy online ordering. Ordered 1pm and was delivered to me in Scotland at 9am following day. Probably best service experience ever!!

Great service. Never used UK flooring Supplies before but I’m very impressed with my first order. Ordered early on the Wednesday morning and the product was delivered lunchtime the following day. There price was also very favourable. My carpet fitter was so impressed he said he would start using UK Flooring Supplies. Thank you.

Paid for a large order of flooring compound on Friday night - processed Monday morning with delivery day 2 days later. Fast and helpful communication regarding delivery times. We're in a remote location with tricky access for large vehicles. Delivery through a 3rd party - Central Flooring - driver was an absolute star, calling us when 20 minutes away and arriving on time. No tail lift on the truck but he unloaded 1113kg of compound and even helped us get it down the drive. 100% recommended.

Great selection of items and fairly priced, but £25 for standard delivery is far too expensive, especially for small and light items.

Ordered lunchtime Tuesday, delivered as promised lunchtime the next day by their own truck and driver - amazing service after finding the flooring at a great price and in stock.
