First purchase from UK Flooring Supplies Online and I am not disappointed. Only last week did I request a sample to view, I already knew what the qualtiy was like of these carpet tiles, so only wnated to confirm colour, I was surprised to receive a full-sized tile shortly afterwards. Very pleased with the colour, so I ordered x3 boxes of 20-tiles. Only ordered on the Monday and took full delivery on Wednesday. Great service and fast delivery. Will look to come back soon as I need to re-carpet my hallway.

Once you understand the process for collecting from the local branch of Carpet & Flooring, the process is fairly smooth. With your C&F collection reference ticket number in hand you can then be sure they have the stuff available.

Hassle-free experience- there was a slight delay with my order due to the local delivery company but my query was resolved very quickly after I emailed and the order arrived the next day. The order itself was as described and arrived in excellent condition. Would certainly recommend and will order from them again!

Ordered a product to be told wasnt in stock a few days before delivery was due, fair enough changed colour to one thats in stock, a few days later i get notification of out of stock. Had to mess customer around several times giving a very unprofessional appeal.
