The item arrived damaged. I emailed the seller but as it’s the bank holiday weekend I have not had a response & it will be too late to have a replacement as it was an anniversary present.

Horrible customer service I bought a product from this store on the Etsy website and it came with a defect, until today I have not had a response about it. I bought the baby book and instead of saying grandfather on the family tree, it said grandmother twice.
