Feb 19,2023Amazon won't let me leave a review due to 'some adverse activity on our account' I'm an invalid, late 70s, poor eyesight- some rebel ay?! I've found this the only way to say an overwhelming thankyou-again! I had an LED light delivered to my ultra special unofficial granddaughter at Xmas, Oh, you have no idea the joy she experienced. Today you delivered her special one, early, "Sammie Sunshine". PURE MAGIC!! Believe me, I am VERY particular, appreciate pure class, expect the best and will not accommodate less. Your gifts are the ULTIMATE in everyday, my little classy (even snobby!) granddaughter's face in her pics with it are proof!! - and that's from the most loving adoring caring 12yr old who has been brought up to shop in Harrods &Harvey Nicks -and why not!! She told me "oh Granny it's the best gift ever!! I've never seen her beautiful eyes light so much! Thankyou, so small a word for such magical happiness! You're the ultimate magic in gifts. Feb 10,2023I ordered a guestbook from this retailer on Etsy. The guestbook fell apart straight away emailed the seller to get a refund photos attached to have no response. Avoid at all cost!!! Reply from UK Gift Store Online 21 Feb 2023 Unfortunately when you use an item incorrectly and damage it, it is a bit unfair to ask for a refund due to misuse. The item was used once and it clearly shows the quality and the standard of the product that after one person writing in the book the pages should fall apart. It is very difficult to misuse a guestbook, which requires guest to sign it. As stated previously avoid at all cost!!
