tried everywhere to get the blue combi PS4 wireless handset ordered late Sunday received Thursday (did not expect it that quick) kept informed via emails when item had been dispatched to expected delivery. Got for grandsons birthday one very happy boy thank you very much will definitely use you again

I bought Malwarebytes from Uktechstore where they were half the price of the same item from Malwarebytes direct. The whole experience was quick and after a credit check I received the license ID via e mail for three PCs which I loaded with no problem. Up and running as soon as they were loaded

Paid top price for Nuance Power pdf software and have wasted a lot of time being given different software keys to try to make it work. The trial has run out and it still does not work . Awaiting the actual disc to be posted but weeks after i purchased the downloadable software !!! A mistake in hindsight.

Slow delivery of item. Actually arrived well over a week after I had paid for it. Had to chase for delivery information so their communication wasn't great. Item is a gift and box arrived damaged. Seals look intact so won't know if product ok til after Christmas.

Website offers great products for reasonable prices and very easy to purchase but no tracking service. Also, there is no contact number for customer service but a live chat system. I brought a product for learning disability - dyslexia aid as writing isn't my best working ability and live chat isn't disability friendly for all. Please kindly provide a customer contact number service.
