I ordered my item on the 30th of August and didn't receive it until 12 days later, kind of a shame when most reviews say the delivery is really good. Other than the delivery the prices are good and my item was well packaged.

Really poor service, it worth spending a bit more and going through a alternative supplier. I ordered my product in July and it still has not arrived. I call the advertised customer service number and there is no response, the call goes directly automated service to advise if you leave a message somebody will call you back but this never happens. One of the worst experiences I have had buying online. Now speaking to my credit card company to get a refund on my purchase. I should have gone direct to the software supplier.

I got very worried at first because the website crashed on me straight after I entered my account details. Tech done well to rectify the problem and I received my order, and they kept me informed of all the stages allaying my fears.

Strong on the sales side but poor after sales service. Need you to email me an invoice for this purchase as it was bought on my behalf by a colleague using a guest check out. Called to request twice and got an automated reply saying you were busy, then got cut off. Emailed a request for the invoice and have heard/received nothing. I’d still like the invoice please.
