I ordered a Logitech g933 gaming headset and it works amazingly, the delivery was fast and it was well packaged so it wouldn't get damaged while its getting delivered

This product was for my grandson who had saved all his Christmas money for it. We ordered it initially from BT but they just kept putting back the delivery date eventually saying they were not sure they could fulfil the order! Sam searched and found UkTechstore, we ordered the goods and received them within a week. Very happy. One small thing (not UkTech's fault) FedEx left the parcel on my doorstep, bearing in mind the value was £350.00 a little insecure!

Got no updates on delivery, when I asked they gave a delivery date. Today's the day, still no package.
Purchase was quick and efficient I had some trouble activating used the contact us form and explained the problem as was late evening I was up and running the next day.
Well I bought a cpu from uktechstore but it was faulty so had to send back,but the customer service was really great it seems like they really do care about you and are very willing to help you and sort your problem out whether that is exchange or refund.They try to be very quick in sorting your problem out.It was very unfortunate that my item was faulty and so after that I didn't want another one I preferred the refund as I didn't want to go through that again.

I bought Windows 10 Home (in the UK). I received an OEM:NONSLP key, which installed smoothly and activated. Reading Microsoft's Licence suggests that I can transfer it to another machine (if the current one died, for example). I read elsewhere that OEM versions are tied to the machine they are installed on, but that may be the OEM:SLP (System Locked Preinstalled) version. I have failed to find anything definitive on the subject of what happens if I replace or substantially upgrade my current machine. The invoice does not give a company name or registration for the supplier. I note that no VAT was charged. I gather that the supplier is based in Canada. The site appears to be hosted in Utah. The address given in the invoice (20-22 Wenlock Road, N1 7GU LONDON) appears to be a shared office location. I found there were a huge number of companies at that address. I failed to find anything which ties uktechstore(.com) to a legal person. So... am I 100% comfortable ? Not really.
bought an anti virus as a emergency measure an get a email telling me ill have to wait 3-12 hours for my download link or even the next day, this is a whole unacceptable way to run a business no where does it say you have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for a download link and theres also zero reason it isnt readily available like every other online service. iv since bought and downloaded it from another company and will be requesting a refund from the uktechstore jokers
The Product is Ok but the shipping is antiquated and not fit for purpose. At the order stage delivery is quoted as between three to five days. The order acknowledgement/invoice says shipping by Royal Mail or FedEx but does not say which of these two will be used. Both carriers provide a tracking number but no tracking information is given to the customer. In this day and age this is not acceptable. and improvement is long overdue. Two stars is generous.
Easy to use, quick turn around time on download and email correspondence. Will definitely be back for future software needs.
