Jan 08,2025It's a good website and there is a lot of stuff to choose from, but I ordered on the 9th of December ans im still waiting. I have written to the company that my package is stuck somewhere. They said they will write to the courier but haven't done it. I hope I can get my money back atleast or maybe even get the package. Jan 06,2025Habe drei mal bestellt für hohe Summen immer angekommen immer vollständig Super Qualität die warte Zeit ist ok aber finde wenn man nur legal bestellt dass der versandt billiger sein sollte aber sonst Sehr gut 👍

Jan 06,2025Hallo Liebes Ultrasstore Team, ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Lieferung, habe bereits einmal bestellt kam alles top an. Ich wollte Ende Februar ein weiteres mal bestellen. Ich hätte nur eine Frage wenn ihr das zu eurer Sicherheit oder aus welchem Grund auch immer nicht beantworten könnt kein problem! Meine Frage wäre wie das mit dem Versand funktioniert? Bri´ngt ihr das Paket erst nach Deutschland und verschickt von dort oder verschickt ihr direkt von Polen? Ganz liebe Grüße und auf viele weitere Bestellungen

Jan 05,2025Habe 5x dort bestellt, das erste mal hat der Versand 9 Tage nach Deutschland gedauert. Bei den anderen malen waren die Pakete immer innerhalb von 5 Tagen da. Ich bin mehr als zufrieden. Wenn ihr bestellt, dann bestellt nicht auf den letzten Tagen. Ich habe übers ganze Jahr dort bestellt, ich denke ab Oktober November wird der Zoll anfangen solche Pakete zu kontrollieren. Ich schaue regelmäßig im Shop vorbei und kann noch das ein oder andere Schnäppchen machen wenn sie wieder eine Aktion haben. Macht weiter so

Jan 08,2025The delivery takes forever. It takes almost 2-3 weeks for a delivery and no information to email with tracking number. I ordered and my package is supposedly at UPS with the reason that the package contains content that is prohibited in Europe and to date I have not received my package and that from Ultrastore They simply said that it wasn't their problem and just left me there. Who was the lucky one here? Of course the shop will never be back. UPS is dangerous. Everyone knows that, but they still send the packages with UPS Whether it arrives or not, people don't care, the main thing is that they have the money in their pockets
