I love how on uni homes they have the prices with the bills included so the price is everthing that you are paying! They also have a range of prices and houses for everyone's needs

Be aware of the utility packages offered Students should be aware that Unihomes charges upfront for annual utility bills, and any difference between the amount paid and actual usage is retained as a service charge. Given that student tenancies typically run from September to June (around eight months), this can lead to significant overpayments. For context, in the year prior to using this service, my daughter’s household received a refund of £1,200 on their utility costs. It also states in the contract that Landlords and agents are paid commission for students signing up with Unihomes - please read section 3.8. This seems immoral to me. Following this review, Unihomes contacted me to clarify their pricing model. They confirmed that they factor in much higher estimates for utility usage as part of their service. I would advise students and parents to carefully assess whether this arrangement offers good value before committing. Unfortunately, my daughter and her house were naive to the actual cost of gas, electric etc, thought it was a good deal and signed a contract so are stuck but going forward would never use again or recommend. They have been overcharged hundreds of pounds. The 'convenience' that has been sold to them has left them seriously out of pocket.

My daughter rents a room in a student house in Leeds with utilities (gas, electric and wifi, etc.) provided through Unihomes. In short, they don't care about the tenant experience, they just want to make money by charging for inadequate utilities... I would urge anyone considering renting a student property with utilities provided by this company to read the reviews on here. So many 1 star rating on here at the same time as I am posting this review. Avoid this provider at all costs, they really don't care they just want your money! UPDATE 27/02/2025: Having made zero effort with my daughter, surprise, surprise, a 1-star review on here and now they want to talk to us to see how they can help!
