Feb 22,2025Our representative (Nick), was very good at explaining everything related to Medicare and the supplement plans. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and in a very positive demeanor. Did not feel like he was putting any kind of sales pressure on me as well. I only mention this as I had a different company doing high pressure sales in a condescending tone as if I was not capable of understanding options. Never felt this way with my dealings with Nick and his company.
