Feb 01,2025When I called Ann was very friendly, very informative and very helpful. Even though my Mutual of Omaha was only $13 more than Manhattan life. She told me that all insurance companies have to cover the same amount of coverage so it basically didn’t matter whether I had Manhattan life or Mutual of Omaha they both covered The same. So she put me with Manhattan life which saved me $13 a month over $500 a year. And made sure that my coverage began February 1 instead of waiting till March 1 and having to pay my premium for Mutual of Omaha for February. She saved me $133 which I was greatly appreciated of. Medicare gives you a $15 raise but then they take it back because they raised Medicare $15 so the cost of living didn’t even count. I’m a retired teacher and every penny counts. And I appreciate her working so hard to save me $13 a month and getting back with me to make sure that everything went well. She followed up with me twice and I appreciate her diligence. She’s great to work with. She’s an awesome person. Thank you.
