Feb 02,2025could not get ahold of the agent to help solve the issue regarding my application it had been denied regarding a false statement had to deal with the issue on my own, then I got the issue solved still could not talk to the agent so I cancelled the policy for myself and my husband and kept the policies we already had

Feb 01,2025William Braver didn't listen to the details of what we were saying, talked over what we were saying and basically said we were wrong in what we was saying because no one ever said it to him before. In our experiences, the customer is right a clerk taking orders by reading pre written texts should be replaced an AI bot or a person that understands customer service.
