Sep 12,2023It has truly been a wonderful experience so far in my online learning journey with University of the people. I was awarded a scholarship and have found my lecturer's to be really great and so encouraging. It has been a bit of a challenge trying to get use to the weekly assignments and discussions that needs to be done. We get to engage with our fellow students by doing peer reviews for each discussion, which for me personally is something to get use to. Overall I am very excited starting my Health Science journey. Anyone no matter how old you are can have access to an affordable university experience, that offers free tuition. You only pay for your exam fees. But they do offer scholarships too. Best decision I could have made for my future.

Sep 12,2023University of the People may be lacking some stufs but I think it is worth it. It is tuition free and the assessment fee for every course is affordable. Moreover, for those who can't afford the fees, they can be covered through applying a scholarship. Also, the strategies they use are effective specially for training students to have independent skills as they will only be provided reading and video materials to learn. In addition to that, they have this peer discussion which is I think effective in learning as it uses Socrates method. The only thing I didn't like about it is its online campus and seeking assistance with the staffs. But i think these issues can be resolved in time.
