Tristan offered helpful guidance and speedy turnaround times for often random questions posed at him. Product arrived swiftly and in small individual white boxes and whilst they haven't been tested yet the overall appearance of the units is good and they will go down well at our marketing events and for customers.

The team from USB2U were amazing and professional. My client was working with a very tight deadline that other suppliers were unable to match. They also were able to provide a fantastic price. They accommodated extra data being uploaded to my Sticks and I would 100% use them again and can recommend them as a reliable supplier.

Lovely USB’s and boxes. Very pleased with the product. However, I found the ordering and payment procedure quite lengthy and frustrating. You can’t just get a fixed price direct from the website, you have to wait for a quotation to arrive. You then have to approve a sample (3 times in my case) and then do a bank transfer. I tried to call the office to pay by credit card but no one answers the phone. In all, it took me about 3 days in total, emailing back and forth before I could get the order placed.
