Tristan specifically is very thorough and responsive to all forms of communication and is very helpful throughout the order process.

I found what I wanted easily enough and made contact to discuss how fast they could get the items produced and delivered. Email communications were super prompt, friendly, and efficient. Tristan was perfect and everything I needed him to be in terms of professionalism, level of communication, speed and efficiency of communications, and the subsequent order and delivery. The USB sticks have turned out fantastic, and I can't wait to share them with our clients. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending USB2U over any other company, and I'll be using them for any future orders or USB and all the other products they stock :-) 5*

Oct 11,2022I was looking for a supplier who could produce more than 100 USB flash drives engraved with my company logo and website address, at very short notice. One of the suppliers I contacted was USB2U, who allocated an Account Manager (Tristan Heard), who took all my requirements and before I even asked, he offered to send over samples of the USB that I had selected. Tristan provided excellent service and the product quality was very good. Throughout my engagement, Tristan was very polite and understanding, attended to all my requirements and fulfilled the urgency of my request to make sure it was delivered on time. I contacted several companies other than USB2U and none of them could match the quality, the service and the value for money that USB2U provided. Will definitely buy again from them and will recommend them to anyone who wants great all round quality of service and value. I rate all the guys at USB2U very highly, especially Tristan, thank you!
