May 13,2024I was very happy with the USBs we recieved. The service wsa excellent, very quick response times, and very understanding when I changed the order about 4 times! The fnished product was great, we got a coloured logo on one side, and a black one on the other, both printed really well, and it was very easy to share the file with them.

May 10,2024I make an order with USB2U once a year, and each time I deal with the same account manager. She is fantastic to deal with! I'll place my order, and within a couple of hours that same day, I'll have an email back with an order confirmation to sign. The next day, I'll have image samples emailed across to confirm my logo design and placement. USB2U keep my logo on file, making it very easy to repeat the order every year. Once that is confirmed, the order is processed, an invoice sent and my order sent for delivery within the week. My account manager is great to deal with and always lovely and polite in her emails. If I have any queries she wastes no time in getting back to me. The USBs come packaged well, they are never damaged during delivery. The engraving looks gorgeous, and my clients absolutely love them! Thank you to the USB2U team and in particular my account manager for the great customer service and fantastic product! Highly recommend!

May 07,2024I was incredibly impressed with the service received. Karen was helpful, professional and prompt to reply. Through no fault of USB2U, I had a very tight timeframe to receive some branded USBs. I put the enquiry in via their website on Sunday evening, received a response Monday morning and had approved the imaging by midday. With their express service, I received 50 branded USBs Tuesday lunchtime. The USBs look fabulous. Simply amazing service - would highly recommend!
