A great way to pass time and make a little bit of cash 👍
Effective easy to use. Timing is not always accurate but a good indicator. Lots of topics covered.
The surveys can be fun to participate in - however, a lot of the time, the surveys that I get sent are not relevant to me and I find that can be frustrating at times Overall, I think the idea of a survey forum like Userneeds is a good one but surveys that are more relevant would be better, for me anyway
Surveys usually take the amount of time advertised or less. However it takes ages to build up decent rewards; RedC give you €1 for every five minutes of your time, which is much more generous.
Trustpilot is excellent for reviews and I enjoy participating and look forward to partcipate in further surveys
ok fine good site
Surveys that pay you can do all day. Quick, clear, concise and wide ranging. Short or long they never bore. You can leave the survey if it's to long and you're not penalised. All surveys are tailored to you, which means your opinions matter. Your chance to shape your future.
I actually enjoy these surveys... It only takes a few minutes of my time every other day, and draws my attention to how I access services, how I shop, and my impact on the environment. I treat them like a little quiz ! Looking forward to see what information I can give throughout 2020, and what I can learn in return..
Good way of collecting points to save for gift cards eg Amazon. However, it can take a long while to reach the number needed to redeem your points for a gift card. There is the option of an online scratch card instead of saving points but I never won anything with it so saving points is better
I love userneeds.
Userneeds are a good crowd to do surveys for, however quite a number can't be done on smartphones which is a drawback.
Userneeds is an excellent panel to be part of
GOOD PANEL, EASY TO ANSWER THE QUESTIONS, INTERESTING TOPICS
— De flesta frågor här på Irland är om alkohol, skräpmat, godis och försäkringar
Userneeds seems to be one of the better Consumer Survey Sites. The questionnaires that you are asked to complete are very suitable to my profile therefore interesting. Also the prizes are real, I won 100 euro worth of m&s vouchers, or be it a couple of years ago, which was very handy over that Christmas 🎄
easy to do every time
Good survey site but poor choice of partners for use of codes. Allgifts Ireland does not give them despite repeated requests.
Easy to use and quite interesting. The company invites you to take part in short or longer surveys. Depending on time and amount of questions you'll receive points exchangeable for gift vouchers or you can decide to take part in the lottery for a scratch card. Not always you'll be able to complete the survey because of criteria eg too old, too young, family, work, car etc. You may find yourself outside target group. Also what is quite important, don't wait with your answers, because surveys are open for limited time - sometimes email with a link arrives quite early when you're in work and when you're free after work and able to take part, you may experience info like "we now have enough answers" or "this survey has been closed" - so don't wait. Overall it's interesting, sometimes colorful, very serious and could be more funny from time to time.
I love surveys, but get very frustrated Some of the surveys are really badly written, and sometimes you're forced to answer even though you don't agree with any of the options. Also, there are insufficient rewards for when you're a few minutes into a survey and it tells you 'that's all folks, you're not who we want to talk to'. One more thing, I HATE having to put in my age and area more than once. Can't you link it up, so when you put in your age, and tell them you live in Northern Scotland, that the actual survey won't ask the same questions? You have all of that information in our profiles anyhow, and so these things should be filtered before the survey starts. It's just not very clever.

Jan 17,2020User needs is great for keeping the mind active. Great variety of questions. It would be super to win a voucher.
