Nov 06,2021First minutes after installation I managed to mess up everything (passwords, mails etc)! It was my fault. I sent them mail and I came in touch with their support. They returned within MINUTES with a solution! Later on (afternoon of the same day) after hard experimentation I managed again (🥴🥴) to destroy something! Ivan (a great guy of their support team) was there to support me for hours with on line chat. Initially to solve the problem and then to offer me some basic understanding and tutorial about the WCAG audit of my Shopify site. The result- after installation - was 0 errors on WCAG check! For me it worked like a magic! Thank you Ivan, thank you Userway!! 5 stars because I cannot give them 6! Gesoura.com

As a very small startup brand that values and promotes the rights of Disabled people/people with disabilities, we wanted an accessible experience for everyone one our website. When I made an error during the process of installing it, the company was incredibly responsive. Jonatan R responded quickly when I reached out, and he set up a time for us to video chat. He was so patient and walked me through the process, answering my many questions. I was impressed that he did this for someone simply trialing the product and not someone who had purchased it. His patient, supportive response was memorable and now I hold that as an expectation from other companies we connect with. I felt the entire customer service experience--not just the widget--was accessibility based.

Nov 04,2021Simple to use. This is a great product, easy to use and easy to setup which was key for me. A lot of products can be complicated to get setup but not Userway. 100 percent recommend.
