Jonatan in customer service was extremely friendly and quick to respond, helping me ID the problem and get it straightened out within a few minutes. Sep 30,2021I have been using UserWay for a while now and recently I had an issue where the widget was not auto-detecting another language when on an international site that just went live. UserWay Technical Support was able to help me troubleshoot and was able to help me resolve this issue. Thank you so much!
