Jun 02,2022New to Userway for ADA compliance. My error when registering resulted in a double billing to my credit card. Contacted Jonathan via live chat, and what would have been a difficult situation with other online services, was easil resolved by Jonathan. I was concerned that I would be subject to multiple transfers from department to another. It didn't happen, one contact and immediate resolution. Thank you, and am anxious to now comfortably begin my ADA comliance requirement.
