Sep 02,2019We did have some difficulty on agreeing the alignment of the leaflet and getting a response about this from Utharaprint. However, once they did respond, they were generous and responsive to changing the alignment and reprinting for us which we were pleased with. Maybe improve contact details and be more responsive early on rather than leaving the customer to do the chasing?

I have to say, that the quality was amazing, shipping fast, and what I liked most is that, they asked me to review my coupon leaflet few times if I am sure it’s final order. And every time I have found that something is not good. So they didn’t just printed , but took their time by making sure I am happy and saved money for me !

Jul 11,2019Update 25 July 2019 I received a similar quantity as ordered previously as a customer service gesture. It would be helpful if delivery time frames would be clear to the client so expectations would be met and we could decide prior payment, sending a replacement business card is good as they showed customer service and it's not good for them if they do not improve the quality of printing, everybody wanted a job that has been done to the standards and expectations and not free stuffs, I am saying this for them to consider as it will reduce their overheads and we save our time. 3 Stars, looking forward for 5 next time - Delivery time was not that I expected but there's nothing I could do more. Business cards colours were not consistent, I had to sent photos of four randomly selected business cards whose colour were not consistent, there were aspect in our logo that the red became pinkish and the dark blue was on lighter shades.

Jul 11,2019I would avoid this company at all cost. We placed an order for a mug to check the quality before placing a large order. We were promised a full refund if we were not satisfied with the product. The quality of the print was poor as the text was blurry. I contacted Utharaprint and they advised me that the quality could not be improved. I tried several times to arrange a full credit but was completely ignored. Eventually after about three weeks being persistent I received a full credit. The whole process was extremely stressful.
