Jul 04,2019Used to be good, but this year have failed to even print a simple print ready file!!! got it printed elsewhere perfectly!! They printed it far too dark, and shrunk the document to fit!!! they ask for a 3mm bleed which i supplied and then print the bleed in the final item!!!! er NO the bleed is overprint so you trim it to the correct size!!! This has happened twice now! a file sent with 3mm on an A5 flyer is not a massive issue, but on a tiny business card!!!! seriously guys learn what a bleed is! and trim the documents as we request!!!! Useless... complained 3 months ago and im STILL waiting for my reprints correctly trimmed and NOT edited!!!

Jul 02,2019Horrendous. 3 months wait for a delivery told every week ‘they will definitely be here tomorrow’ and never were. Customer service is a farce no one cares. No calls back or emails when promised. Asked for complaints policy told they don’t have one. Refused compensation on order and only discount minimal on a future order. Product itself was a folder. Supposed to be glossy but was cheap card none gloss. They changed the font from the logo I sent them on finished product so not our brand. Colours did not match either. Appalling in every way. Stay clear

Jun 26,2019They were polite and friendly - emails answered quickly. The order arrived quite quickly, and the printing we received was good quality. The price was really good for what we got. We would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to other people. Only downside was that I had trouble trying to contact them to pay over the phone so just sent a cheque instead - otherwise excellent service.

Jun 25,2019After contacted my business i gave this company a try at designing me a new logo and business cards However, to my disappointment the person who was dealing with me just stopped communicating - not a great way to generate new business !!! Clearly a potential customer but now definitely not a customer. Which is a shame considering I spend £300-400 per month on business cards and flyers.!

May 29,2019I was very sceptical of using 'Uthara' as there were some adverse reviews although when you 'google' search the company the website cleared as bona-fide! I took the chance and even paid via BACS so I had no credit card guarantee cover in place! My judgement paid off, as I have just received our 5,000 folded leaflet order and in super fast time as well in order to attend an exhibition! Everything looks perfect and I would highly recommend this company!
