Apr 23,2022originally rang to complain to talk talk about the quality of my broadband. It has been going on for a while and I was paying £31.95. The young lady who took the call Alexia politely told me how she could help to get me a faster speed and a cheaper rate. She explained the procedure as I was very nervous and reassured me she would take care of everything for me. I am now looking forward to receiving my new router and to have uninterrupted quality when watching TV and for my computer to work as it should do. Thank you Alexia.
