So I really appreciate that Liam had the patience to explain everything slow and clear for me to understand what I need to do. Definitely a great experience! Things are a lot easier to understand when people are genuine and clear about it.

The best customer service I have received and I usually hate talking to people on the phone about bills but she really made the process relaxing and went above and beyond for me filling in gaps where I just didn’t have the information. Very sweet women and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. If I ever need to call again I hope I get through to Melodie again. Once again thank you so much!
