From the moment they arrived, the delivery men were both professional and courteous. They called ahead to confirm the delivery time and were punctual, which I greatly appreciated. The delivery itself involved bringing the mattress up a narrow staircase to the bedroom, a task that could have been tricky. However, the team handled it with care and precision. They took the time to ensure the mattress was properly protected, and despite the tight space, they were able to navigate the stairs without any issues. They were also very mindful of the walls and banisters, ensuring no damage occurred during the process. What impressed me most was their teamwork and communication throughout. They worked efficiently and remained friendly and respectful, even in challenging conditions. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the delivery service and would highly recommend this team to anyone needing a reliable, professional mattress delivery experience. Jass and Rajvir went above and beyond.. They carried my new table into the conservatory where it’s going to be placed.. most companies would have just left in the hallway.
