This is a second hand reconditioned laptop, so the proof of the pudding is in the eating! However it tastes good so far! All set up and working well. The process of purchase was smooth, and staff helpful when contacted. On the basis of this experience, I am very happy to recommend this company.

Knowledgable and flexible. I needed to return a machine (no problems with it at all - I had some self-written software that wouldnt install on it) and they issued a full refund. I have recommend them to my students (I am an IT tutor) and will continue to do so.

The laptop I ordered looks really nice and works perfectly. No issues whatsoever. When phoning for an update on my order the person I spoke to was really friendly. My order was dispatched a day later. The laptop was well protected for transport.

I was very doubtful in purchasing a refurbished laptop and after a lot of viewing around I settled on this Dell. I have nothing but praise for this company, delivery was excellent, package second to none and the laptop so is performing as it should. I bought it to replace a Toshiba which had given up the ghost and after one or two minor problems I can safely say that I am very pleased with it and at a very good price it does all I require of it.

advertised as grade A, and indeed it was, like new. All the changes I had asked for were carried out. Fantastic laptop at a fraction the the new price. Delivery was quick as promised. Will use again and will recommend.
